System Required: An irrigation pump system, with 140,000L additional storage capacity.
Unique Challenges: The retained stormwater runoff had to be treated for meeting target nutrient reductions.
Solution: Q-Max assisting in designing the System, which required all infrastruce to be below ground, due to the prestigious nature of this site. The required WSUD reduction targets for this project were achieved with the installation of a SPEL Stormceptor Treatment Train. This system had to be incorporated within the Architects landscape design for the area, which incorporates a park land in between a new high class residential areas, that feature wetlands, grassed areas and pedestrian bridge.
