Fibreglass Pump Stations

Fibreglass Pump

As a cost-effective alternative to a PREMIER concrete pumpwell on smaller applications, we can provide a range of high-quality fibre glass-reinforced polyester wells. These are engineered to Australian Standards, including AS2634, using a chop hoop flament winding process for superior quality & reliability.

Q-MAX FRP PUMP STATION PACKAGES provide a quality, engineered solution for all small to medium sewage and stormwater pump station requirements. Being fully fitted out in our factory with pipework and valves, the packaged pump station can be delivered to site and installed quickly, minimising site labor and the problems of open excavations. The installation can be quickly completed – needing only:

  • Connection of incoming line(s)
  • Connection of rising main
  • Backfill to specification
  • Power and control wiring
  • Surface finishing – slab, paving or landscaping

Due to lightweight construction, it is generally safe to use site equipment for lifting and placement of the wall, subject to equipment rating and OH&S requirements.

Our standard design, as pictured, features guiderail-mounted pumps and chamber, providing an OH&Scompliant design solution which almost totally eliminates any necessity for confined-space entry for routine maintenance.

Q-Max offers a wide range of standard pump controllers, ranging from basic units to sophisticated models with BMS outputs, fault logging and service reminders. Or we can provide a controller built to your specifications, using quality componentry.
